世界初「ワンストップ梱包」型の自動倉庫システム「RENATUS」を提供する東大発のロボティクスベンチャーRENATUS ROBOTICS株式会社(日本支社：東京都文京区)は、新たに米国法人 RENATUS ROBOTICS Inc.(米国本社：デラウェア州)を設立した。
Nasdaq上場を見据えたグローバルでの事業推進を行い、次世代の自動倉庫システム「RENATUS」を、世界中の物流センターに提供していく。

RENATUS ROBOTICS株式会社は、世界初「ワンストップ梱包」型の自動倉庫システム「RENATUS」を提供する東大発のロボティクスベンチャーである。
当社はこの度、グローバルでの事業推進を見据え、新たに米国法人 RENATUS ROBOTICS Inc.(米国本社：デラウェア州)を設立した。

「RENATUS（レナトス）」は、物流センター内での最短で搬送可能なルートを把握し、前後左右への走行に加えて昇降リフトによる垂直方向への移動によって、効率的な荷物搬送を実現する次世代の自動倉庫システムである。

・TAKUMA OSAWA/大澤 琢真
Chief Executive Officer
Takuma graduated from the University of Tokyo, Department of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture. As a student, he performed research on vehicle vibration control as well as founded and completed a business transfer of an AI-related startup. He later founded TRUST SMITH, and is currently the founder and CEO of RENATUS ROBOTICS.
・HIROYA MASUOKA/増岡 宏哉
Chief Information Officer
Hiroya graduated from the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Science. In addition to a strong background in robotics which includes patented drone control technology, he has a wide range of technical expertise, including optimization algorithms, neuroscience, and deep learning.
・HIDEO HATTORI/服部 秀男
Chief Technology Officer
Hideo studied at Kanazawa Institute of Technology(KIT), Department of Robotics. As a former CTO of a robotics startup, he has extensive experience in manufacturing and developing various robots and introducing them to the field, including the implementation of more than 100 AGV robots.
・SHOKI HATTORI/服部 星輝
Equipment Development Engineer
Shoki graduated from the University of Tokyo, Department of Aerospace Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. He has over 11 years of experience developing robots ever since his technical college days, and has participated in national and international robotics competitions (NHK Student Robot Contest, ABU Robot Contest). With experience working in product development and the developement of transport robots, he is well versed in hardware R&D.
・YODAI TAKEICHI/竹内耀大
Head of Global Operations
Yodai graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Engineering. He has experience implementing new semiconductor tools and improving logistical flow at semiconductor manufacturing factories. At RENATUS ROBOTICS, he is responsible for global growth of the company as well as client work as a technical consultant.
・SHOMA ANDO/安藤 奨馬
Chief Operations Officer
Shoma graduated from Kyoto University, Graduate School of Engineering. As a student, he conducted research on thermal environmental controls of buildings. At TRUST SMITH, he is responsible for overall corporate affairs including HR and finance.
He has led efforts to raise 110 million yen exclusively in business loans.
- 今後の展望
RENATUS ROBOTICSは、「Toward a Creative Society.」をビジョンに掲げ「機械的労働を機械へ置き換え、人が創造的に暮らす社会」の実現にコミットする。
Nasdaq上場を見据えたグローバルでの事業推進を行い、次世代の自動倉庫システム「RENATUS」を、世界中の物流センターに提供していく。
そのマイルストーンとして、当システムを導入した自社の自動倉庫の実稼働を開始し、国内の配送需要のニーズに応える配送代行事業による高効率な収益モデルを構築すると共に、同システムの実運用の蓄積を通じて、更なる製品のアップデートを重ねていく。
将来的には、「RENATUS」のシステム導入を事業の基軸としながらも、AGV群制御アルゴリズムやマテハン機器など、TRUST SMITHグループ独自の製品・要素技術を活かした多様なユースケースに応えるような体制を構築し、「物流業界全体の効率化」を牽引できる存在を目指す。
